Partners Employment is committed to developing an ethos of environmental responsibility amongst all it's staff, actively promoting Reuse, Recycle and Reduce, to work towards our goal of a Carbon Free business.

We recognise that as a forward thinking company we have a responsibility to set a good example in our industry and move towards  sustainable day to day operating.

We have established a stategy for implementation of simple procedures that can have instant impact on our Carbon Footprint, with the ultimate aim of a Carbon Free Environment.

The key areas of activity that have currently been identified by us are:

• Paperfree office
• Better management of our recyclable waste
• Reduction in energy

Our intention is to move forward with these areas and have new goals in place year on year as we believe sustainability will play an increasingly important role in our business success.
